Captain America’s Shield has been exposed to Tesseract Beams, fire, survived 70 years on ice, saved him from a 10 story drop onto concrete, and survived a 200 foot drop from a helicarrier.
Yet when you look at it, there are always 6 distinct scuffs on the shield that look like they were left there.
SHIELD could have easily taken them off, but why would he leave them you ask?
