This kills me
Tom’s acting skills feel more like a curse in these scenes. It’s so heartbreaking to watch. Not to mention Loki’s death scene. It was so real and horrible. I wished he wasn’t such a good actor in those moments.
In the 3rd gif, you can see the *instant* Loki’s expression changes and it’s so subtle but he’s looking up at Thanos with such defiance, even the tiniest of smirks, and then as soon as he lowers his gaze to Thor, his entire face just falls and he tries so hard not to show it but he can’t take watching Thor being tortured and it’s just all downhill from there.
