“You’re leaving?” Loki asked as he watched Darcy stroll lazily towards the front door of his penthouse apartment. She wore the same black dress and heels she’d worn at Stark’s gala the night before. If it were anyone else, he’d have said they were about to do the walk of shame, but her? The sultry confidence she had made him want to throw her over his shoulder and toss her back on his bed.

Darcy glanced back in Loki’s direction, clearly admiring his unabashed nakedness and the way he didn’t try to hide his very hard, very obvious desire to have her again.

She smiled demurely at him, and said, “That’s usually how the morning after goes, doesn’t it?”

There was a flash of disappointment in his eyes before he noticed the tiny smirk she was fighting to hide. He realized then the game she wanted to play.

“Usually,” he agreed, “But I daresay what happened last night was not the usual for either of us.”

A wolfish grin appeared on his face as he watched a light blush steal across her cheeks.

“Goodbye, Loki,” she said, choosing to ignore his words, especially when she knew he was right. With a small nod in his direction Darcy opened the door and stepped out into the hallway.

He watched the door close behind her and spoke just loud enough for her to hear. “You can leave today, Darcy, but you cannot outrun what has begun between us.”

Tasertrick/Fosterson Wizarding AU!!

Darcy Lewis: Hufflepuff, Muggle-born. 14″ oak wand with unicorn tail core.

Jane Foster: Ravenclaw, Muggle-born. 12″ ebony wand with unicorn tail core.

Loki: Slytherin, Half-blood. 13″ hawthorn wand with phoenix feather core.

Thor: Gryffindor, Pure-blood. 11″ larch wand with dragon heartstring core.

Thor and Loki are transfer students from Asgard, where apparently the rules are different regarding facial hair. Thor is asked to shave his, surprisingly bushy, beard and he complies with only a little crying. But to his utter delight, he wakes the next morning to find his beard has sprung back overnight, even thicker than before. Headmistress Carter gives up and tells him that so long as he takes extra care to not set it on fire, Thor can keep the fuzz.

Thor’s a fair student but his real talent lies in Quidditch, as the new powerhouse Beater for Gryffindor. Loki’s only glad that now the bludgers can be blasted violently towards other people and not him.

Darcy takes Divination, which Jane and Loki sneer at but Darcy’s rather better at applying it than Trelawney and sits down asking Loki what he’s fighting with his father about this time. Loki tells her to mind her own business, only to be greeted with a howler first thing at breakfast that Darcy seems entirely unsurprised by. Darcy’s also very good at Charms. She invents her own little hex that electrocutes her unfortunate opponent, which the staff admit is an impressive piece of magic… even if it does sting. And it soon becomes a popular spell, with Thor and Natasha each making it their own.

Darcy’s patronus is a fox and she’s very adept at creating one. Thor’s is a goat, Jane’s is an owl. Loki’s is a wolf but he has a lot of difficulty conjuring even non-corporeal ones.
